Are backdrops safe for outdoor events with coastal wind?
Yes. All of our backdrop frames and wooden arch panels are secured with heavy-duty commercial sandbags or counterweights hidden behind the structure. In extremely high wind conditions, we work closely with you to position the backdrop against a protective wall or sheltered patio.
How does teardown / retrieval work?
Our team returns to your venue at the agreed-upon strike time (either late evening after your celebration or the following morning depending on venue rules) to dismantle the structure and pack all rental items. You don't have to lift a finger.
Can I order custom signage with my backdrop?
Yes! We design custom 3D acrylic signs, laser-cut wood lettering, and precision vinyl decals with your family name, baby name, or celebration slogan. We require 10 days advance notice for custom manufactured signage.
Can I combine backdrop rental with marquee numbers?
Yes, illuminated marquee numbers or light-up letters pair stunningly with our backdrop panels and shimmer walls. Just let us know in your inquiry form and we will include them in your quote.
